Minutes of the regular club meeting held on

Tuesday, november 13, 2007, 7:00 pm @ lundlander’s bar, located in the 600 block of superior avenue in Gladstone

Club-members present for the meeting were:

president keith lynch, Vice-President Mike Kennedy, treasurer/acting secretary joe maki, gary stevenson, rAY SWANSON and Lyle Mc Kenzie.

1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CLUB MEETING HELD ON tuesday, october 9, 2007 and THE TREASURERS REPORT dated tuesday, november 13, 2007.

The minutes and the Treasurer’s report’s were reviewed by the club-members who were present and approved.

2. NEW/REnewing MEMBERS

NONE.

3. Trail to Little Lake update.

SEE LAST MONTH’S MEETING MINUTES WHERE THE CLUB PRESIDENT REPORTED THAT THE D.N.R. FELT OUR CLUB SHOULD PURSUE A ROUTE FROM OUR EXISTING TRAIL WEST ALONG THE BRAMPTON TO RAPID RIVER ROAD TO M-35 CROSSING OVER TO CONTINUE WEST TO CORNELL AND ENDING UP IN ARNOLD AT EXISTING TRAILS OF THE NORMENCO CLUB.

4. Whitefish bridge update.

THIS PROJECT IS BASICALLY DONE WITH THE DESIGN PHASE AND WE NOW NEED TO ACQUIRE SOME “EXTRA R.O.W.” SO THAT CONSTRUCTION CAN TAKE PLACE IN TIME FOR THE 2008-’09 SEASON.

5. laraby/inman creek bridge’s design project/re-route of trail into the community of rapid river

THIS PROJECT IS AT THE SAME STAGE AS THE WHITEFISH RIVER BRIDGE PROJECT.

6. Trail #2 maintenance.

CLUB-MEMBERS KENNEDY AND MC KENZIE TOOK CARE OF THIS PROJECT LAST SATURDAY.

7. Groomer maintenance schedule.

CLUB-MEMBERS KENNEDY AND MC KENZIE TOOK CARE OF THIS MATTER AS WELL.

8. raffle

THIS PROJECT WILL TAKE PLACE WITH THE DRAWING ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY, 2008.
